We are happy to announce that our management team is now complete with the arrival of Natacha Marly and Davide Pacheco.

We welcome Natacha Marly as our new Chief Legal and Compliance Officer!

Natacha joins RADIANCE Energy with more than 20 years of experience in corporate law, compliance, and contract management within highly regulated industries. She has an extensive legal background, holding multiple law degrees and master’s qualifications from esteemed institutions, including l’École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris.
She has led legal departments across Europe, Latin America and the Asia Pacific, managing multi-billion-Euro transactions in the utility and renewable energy sectors.
Natacha’s strategic legal counsel and regulatory expertise will be instrumental in supporting RADIANCE Energy’s continued expansion and success.

Our second addition to the management team is Davide Pacheco as our new Chief Financial Officer!

Davide brings over 20 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, and international business across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. With 18 years dedicated to the renewable energy sector, he has a strong track record of driving financial excellence and business growth.
His expertise includes leading major mergers and acquisitions, structuring strategic partnerships, and contributing to the success of leading industry players.
Davide’s expertise will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategy, optimizing operations, and supporting our commitment in powering a better life.

Alongside our CEO, Jean-Marc Bazenet, the RADIANCE Energy Executive Team is now composed of:

We’re excited to have joined the Climate Dividends initiative, taking a significant step in measuring our contribution to the energy transition. Based on our 2023 solar production, we’re distributing 75 Climate Dividends to our shareholder EURAZEO, with each dividend representing 1 tonne of CO2 emissions avoided. This marks a key milestone in our ongoing climate action, as we develop a robust method to quantify the positive impact of low carbon energy generation. And this is just the beginning – many new solar projects are to be commissioned in the coming years!

What are Climate Dividends?
Climate Dividends reflect the positive climate impact of our solar energy production, measured in CO2 emissions avoided.
Like financial dividends, Climate Dividends represent value creation – but for the climate! They provide tangible proof that EURAZEO’s investment is making a real difference toward global carbon neutrality.

This first distribution showcases our commitment to measurable climate impact. At RADIANCE Energy, we closely track renewable electricity production and the performance of our solar assets to ensure we’re making meaningful contributions.

While these dividends aren’t monetized or tradeable, they’re a powerful symbol of our dedication to a more sustainable future.

The transition of the business model towards the production of photovoltaic solar energy has been intiated in 2021.

Based on a vast experience and with the backing of a new key strategic shareholder, RADIANCE ENERGY has expanded its activities across the whole value chain and aims to to become a leading European independent solar power producer.

The company is planning to surpass 500 MWp of solar photovoltaic plants in operation by 2030.

Jean-Marc Bazenet has been appointed as the Group’s new CEO in January 2024, following the complete acquisition of Ikaros Solar by global investment company EURAZEO, now the company’s sole shareholder.

The new Managing Director brings over 20 years’ experience in the energy and renewables sector. He previously led wind and photo voltaic projects in 9 countries as Managing Director of VSB Group. For 15 years, he held key roles at EDF Group, including CEO of EDF Renewables Germany.
